How to Cook Bangka Fish Noodles
Ingredients :
200 grams of noodles round, brewed
100 grams bean sprouts, brewed
2 leeks, sliced for topping
3 lemons as complement
750 veal broth
Ingredients for Fish Soup:
200 grams of fish mackerel fillet
3 cloves garlic, crushed
2 cm ginger, crushed
1,000 ml of water
Sauce Ingredients (mix):
11/2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 teaspoon garlic oil
1 tablespoon brown sugar, comb
1 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
500 ml of hot water
Stir ingredients:
3 cloves garlic, finely chopped
1/2 onion, finely chopped
200 grams of boiled fish broth, cut into the box
1 tablespoon sweet soy sauce
1/2 tablespoon oyster sauce
1/2 teaspoon soy sauce
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon ground pepper
1 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon chicken bouillon powder
100 ml water
1 tablespoon cooking oil
How to make:
1. Put Fish sauce, boiled fish, garlic, and ginger into pan until cooked. Measure broth 750 ml. Set aside.
2. Saute garlic and onion until you smelling good fragrant. Enter the fish. Stir well.
3. Put sweet soy sauce, oyster sauce, soy sauce, salt, pepper, chicken bouillon powder, and sugar. Stir well. Add water. Cook until well done.
4. Put and adjust noodles and bean sprouts already brewed. Stir well. Pour the water, fish and sauces.
5. Spoon the fish stir. Serve with lemon.
