How to Cook Rica-rica Chicken
Rica-rica always have very spicy food in Indonesia.... You know "rica" in Manado tradtional language means "spicy or chili"
okay let's cook...... ^0^
Real Name : Ayam Rica-rica
Origin : North Sulawesi
Materials:
* 1 chicken was
* 1 cup cooking oil
* 300 cc water
Seasonings:
* 6 eggs onion
* 2 tomatoes
* 4 garlic
* 1 ginger
* 1 tsp sugar
* 100 gr red chilies
* salt to taste
How to cook:
* Clean chicken and cut into 4 parts
* Heat oil and fry spices until evenly distributed and smelling good
* Add chicken and cook until the spices evenly
* Add a little water and cook the chicken until half cooked and lift
* Grilled chicken over medium heat while in lumeri with herbs that have been provided.
