Papeda or as known as Sago Palm Porridge is a Primary food in Maluku and Papua.

Papeda mainly is made from Sago Flour. Papeda made by native that live in the traditional society
Sago Farmer 
Sago Flour made with poubd at Sago trunk. Sago tree that have an 3-5 years is best quality to make a Sago Flour.
